Now look i have never been the one to get into group fitness classes… I always felt intimidated cause i didn’t know what i was doing… but…. after my first SoulCycle class I was forever changed!! Spin has become a very popular way of working out, its trendy. But, I will say SoulCycle has taken it to another level. Once in the class your instructor focuses you into this world where you are present in the class and you use all the challenges you are currently facing in the outside world to fuel your workout. Its like you are going to therapy but you are using your physical body to work through all your shit, and you’re getting a great full body workout at the same time. This girl right here, is the best, Victoria Brown. She used to teach at SoulCycle Weho till she left us to move back home to DC, but she comes back to LA and teaches every once in awhile so follow her IG and try and catch her while she is here!!!! Remember “no matter where you are on your journey, you are exactly where you need to be”.🙏🏽
